Peacock under the puente

I painted a peacock and some jungle leaves on the massive bridge that seperates the world of camping Las Tejas from the town of Zarate. The sun was hot but the local radio reception was really clear. radio cielo.net and paintbrushes.. a combo i was to grow very fond of....

Last year my best friend and complete inspiration kim voncoels also graced this bridge whilst on a journey to get to know her Argentinian relatives, and at the same time started a mural trend. The Krumble Empire is on international takeover.

Burnt Boat Pescero

In preperation for a party on the private beach of Las tejas i painted these huge hibiscus flowers all over a crazy old boat that is basically just sat on the campsite as decoration.i used emulsion paint direct onto the burnt surface so rust showed through i loved it!. after a 2 week job fighting off lots of bugs and battling with big ladders.. we had a rave on the deck of the boat and i learnt to dance to reggaeton....

The boys employed to watch the beaches at the campsite became very close friends of mine. i painted some signs for their bar to say thanks for accompanying me 1.5k of frontcrawl down the river at sunset everyday... good times x x
